I have uploaded my copy of the patch to our File Center. This will coincide with the launch of the first Diablo 4 battle pass and its 90 tiers of rewards. I have a complete set of 1.01 files that I got from running a 1.01 patch on a clean install of the original game. The first season of Diablo 4 begins on July 20 at 10 am Pacific. The same must have happened for 1.09c (1.09d came out a week later), I can't find a copy of that anywhere either. I think Patch 1.04 had a serious bug that caused 1.04b to be released within a few days.
